Today I feel thankful that I couldn’t find my iPhone.

As much as it drove me crazy to not remember where I had left it. I didn’t see that hubby had called and sent me messages saying he was arriving early from his trip to Houston.

As we weren’t expecting him, we were starting dinner when he called to ask if we needed anything from HEB as he was almost home. Surprised and excited that we wouldn’t be eating dinner without him, the surprise was even better as he walked into the house with a pretty bouquet of colorful flowers.

Flowers out of the blue! Yeah that’s what I’m thankful for today, the surprise of an unexpected act of kindness/love.
