Today I am thankful that Carolina read me a few books while I laid down and took a 40 minute nap.

Not only did she read me books and then played beside me but she covered me with a blanket and turned on the night table lights so if wasn’t so dark in the room.

When I woke up all cozy and rested I noticed the dog was at my feet as well, how nice and taken care of that felt!

It’s nice to know that I have such a wonderful and caring daughter. It’s great to know that I work hard all day, that I dedicate a lot of time to homework and going over things she comes home with, making dinner, playing, reading every night, plus all the other list of things that Mom’s do aside from the day job and that on days like today where I’m completely beat and need a short nap I get taken care of by the most caring daughter that one could ever wish for.

Every mom deserves this kind of love and I sure hope that they do receive it because it’s the biggest blessing that I am most grateful for!
