Oops I forgot to post this yesterday!

I’m thankful for a change in plans! Lil c didn’t go away this weekend as originally planned. And for that I’m extremely grateful, not only will she be away from germ struck house which is a great thing within itself, but we were able to change the plans to accommodate an afternoon of shopping that we had been postponing due to other more pressing activities (aka too much work!).

So I went to my facial (yay facial Fridays!), then I went to the school to grade Math Superstars, which I had a bit of a lag from, and then I went to see lil c audition for a speaking part in the December choir play. She came out excited and with hopes she’ll get her part. The best part was when I told her she didn’t have to go this weekend and she was excited because that meant we would spend the afternoon/evening shopping for xmas presents and that we could spend Saturday starting to decorate for Christmas, something that we both enjoy more than anything.

So a so-so Friday turned into an awesome daughter-mommy afternoon and for that I am most thankful!  Topped with we met Papi at Fuddruckers for a dose of hamburgers and then played Lego Harry Potter when we got home!
