Today started out as a great day, it thunder-stormed at some point in the night and really rained which was good for our poor Texas soil and then brought a nice sunny day. Not too hot, not cold, I would say perfect weather really.

I had some work to take care of before I went to my doc appt, which I accomplished faster than expected since there was no meetings, phone calls and just a couple of Sametime conversations.

I went to my eye appt at Ultimate Eye Care (which I love btw) as usual around this time of the year, everything went well, usual same exams, same questions, going over family history and then finally the results, my sight hasn’t changed a single bit since last year. Actually I would say it improved because last year I had more headaches, my eyes were a lot drier and they didn’t feel as good.  I got my last sunglasses updated so I know I have 2 sets of prescription sunglasses which is nice and I’m good to go yay!

It’s a blessing to have eyesight, and I’m happy that for the last couple of years mine has stabilized, which is a great feeling of not going blind!  That’s exactly what I’m thankful for today as health is one of the most important things. Healthy people are happier people and that ultimately it’s what we all need and want.

Not making an ad about this, but Ultimate eye care if you are in the Austin borderline Cedar Park and Round Rock area is excellent, they take most insurance and Dr De Feo and Dr Brinegar are really great, they make you feel comfortable and taken care of. My whole family goes there and we are very pleased.
