Thanksgiving was a really great day!

We had breakfast for champions: pancakes, turkey sausages, hash browns and hot cocoa.

Girls played several games while we listened to music and I decorated the living-room tree.

The day started warming up so we gathered snacks to have a picnic at the park. Mocha had a great time while girls chased him around, then we ate our snacks and then spent time at the playground. 2hrs of fun at Brushy creek park and it was time to start the cooking!

Papi and the girls played outside, got the bikes, scooter, jeep, chalk… For another couple of hours in the nice weather. In the meantime I made cornbread, fudge brownies, mashed potatoes, stuffing and got turkey in the oven 🙂

I convinced the girls it was time for a bath so all 3 got in and played until they were pruny and the water was cold and suds were gone 😉 it was time to put on cute dresses for our special dinner!

The girls were excited that I put out the special china and I let them drink their milk out of wine glasses, it’s those little things that kids find the most exciting.

Dinner was yummy we all were stuffed, I must say the turkey was nice in moist and I think my gravy was the best I’ve done yet so I have to be happy 🙂

As tradition after Tday dinner we watch a movie, and the girls picked Megamind, such a fun movie!

Girls have now been in bed for 30 mins, they were yawning so hopefully tonight they will be going to sleep a lot sooner!

It was a great day and for all the above we are all extremely thankful!

Tomorrow we indulge in Xmas decorating, my favorite!
